The food isn't going to win any awards but it's not meant to. It's the type of place you get a starchy lunch with a $3 local beer or $10 bottle of wine (you read that right.) Breakfast is decent for the price. The breakfast shot is especially amusing, seems like a hair of the dog sort of deal. Don't really get their special French toast (fried raisin bread) but it wasn't terrible or anything.

The best prepared steaks we have ever had I am hesitant to write this review as Sweet and Savory is so good that we don't want everyone to know and get so busy that we can't go there anymore. However the deserve it. My family and I have gone many times always order something different and everything we order is phenomenal A true gem of Wilmington

This place is located South of Eastwood Rd on the way to Wrightsville Beach. The service was fair and efficient. We had the Super Lump Crabcake (see photo) for which the sauce was very rich and filling. At $19.99 was a little expensive but the crab cakes were good. We also had the Berry French toast which was as expected. Not a bad local breakfast option.

We were looking for a good spot for lunch on our way to Wrightsville Beach. We favor small local businesses. Found this place and menu looked inviting. My better half had the Hawaiian grilled cheese. Personally they would have liked more pineapple and less ham but it was still very good. I had the Secret's in The Sauce burger and that was delicious. Sauce had a little kick to it, which I personally love. Will definitely be back here. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner so whatever time of day you are a little hungry, come here. I know I will.

Great place. The hostess alittle "not happy", but really nice waiter, owners came and takes with us. Food. Outstanding ! A hidden gem for sure. The seafood pasta was yummy. I wanted more. My hubby got the New York strip with very good mash potato and "chef selection" veggies. Yum Highly recommend

This place is definitely a gem! We were in town for a sports tournament and looking for a good place to eat. We try to eat locally whenever possible, instead of doing chains. We opted for this spot based off positive reviews. It did not disappoint! It's a cute little place with a down home feel. The service and the food were very good. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. They were able to accommodate my son's gluten free diet without any issues, including dessert. We are so glad we decided to give them a try and will definitely return next time we are in the area!

I came in twice in one day. First I had their French dip and the steak was awesome. Came back in for dinner and a beer and ordered what I think is the tri-tip and potatoes stew. It was amazingly good! Service was excellent, servers are beautiful and nice. They have big rushes but I came in both times when it was not busy at all. I will be looking to try the soup or other things on their menu when I return to Wilmington. $3 beers! A must try place! Only minutes from the beach. Recommend!

I came for brunch with a bunch of my girlfriends, and among us, we tried everything!! It was alll super delicious!! We have a gluten-free person, one who prefers vegetarian food, and a few of us who eat everything. It was all so good!! Our server was decent. The Health Nut breakfast was amazing! I couldn't even finish half of it, so I also got to enjoy it again the next day- still amazing!
